LLC Guarantor definition

LLC Guarantor means each Guarantor listed on Schedule I hereto that is a limited liability company formed under the DLLCA; and
LLC Guarantor means each Subsidiary of the Borrower which is a limited liability company and that executes a LLC Guaranty.
LLC Guarantor means each Guarantor listed on Schedule II hereto that is a limited liability company formed under the DLLCA, the NYLLCA or the TBOC.
