LLC Guarantor definition

LLC Guarantor means each Guarantor listed on Schedule I hereto that is a limited liability company formed under the DLLCA; and
LLC Guarantor means Parts iD, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
LLC Guarantor has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
