LMC Common Stock definition

LMC Common Stock means each or any (as the context may require) series of LMC’s common stock.

LMC Common Stock means Distributing’s Series A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, Series B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, and Series C common stock, par value $0.01 per share, prior to the 2016 Recapitalization.

LMC Common Stock means shares of each or any (as the context may require) series of LMC’s common stock, par value $.01 per share.
