Examples of LMC Entities in a sentence

  • In connection with the operation of the Spinco Business, the LMC Entities take commercially reasonable measures to protect PII against unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse.

  • LMC (i) has examined the Tax Materials, and (ii) the facts presented and representations made therein, to the extent descriptive of or otherwise relating to the LMC Entities or any of their respective Affiliates, are true, correct, and complete in all material respects, subject to the limitations described in the next sentence.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
