lndication definition

lndication means a disease (i) for which the Product is indicated for treatment and (ii) that is either (a) described in the Product label as required by the Regulatory Approval granted by the applicable Regulatory Authority, or (b) anticipated to be described in the Product label in the case of a Product that has yet to receive Regulatory Approval.   • First Indication means the first disease condition for which a particular Licensed Product has been approved by a Regulatory Authority.
