Withdrawing your LNP Authorisation does not change your contractual obligations to us under your Application and this General Terms.
Withdrawing your LNP Authorisation does not change your contractual obligations to us under your Application and this SFOA; that we do not warrant that we can transfer your Service Number from your current Supplier.
Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.
Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.
Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/or supply of power;
Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, permits, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
