Loading Date definition

Loading Date. : means the date range or date as specified in the Sales Contract.
Loading Date the “Loading Date” set forth in the DES ADP or DES Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, in respect of the relevant cargo;
Loading Date means the date on which RP the subject of a Delivered Contract is prepared as Load(s) for delivery to the port at which it is to be loaded on a vessel;

Examples of Loading Date in a sentence

  • If the Nominated Vessel arrives after the Day of the Loading Date, the Seller, at its own discretion, reserves the right to load or abstain from loading the Nominated Vessel.

  • The Loading Date shall be the day as specified in the Special Provisions.

  • By no later than 23:59 hours local time on the last day of the agreed Loading Date Range, the Vessel nominated by Buyer hereunder shall arrive at the Load Port (or the usual waiting place), complete all formalities, in all respects be ready to commence loading the Product deliverable hereunder, and NOR shall be tendered.

  • Seller reserves the right to cancel any nomination without liability on the part of Seller and without prejudice to any rights Seller may have against Buyer if the Nominated Vessel does not arriveat the Loading Point, Terminal or Anchored Places and present itself for delivery atthe Loading Date.

  • Any Deposit which is payable under the Contract shall be paid at the time specified in the Contract or if no such time is specified, no later than the later of five days prior to the Loading Date or on the next working day after the Contract is concluded.

  • The Letter of Credit shall be for not less than the Balance based on the quantity of Material corresponding to that set out in the Contract plus the Margin (together with any tax or duty); shall be valid until at least 45 days after the Loading Date; and shall be available for immediate cash payment on presentation to the confirming bank of the documents specified in the Contract.

  • If the Contract provides for payment to be by letter of credit, the Purchaser shall open an irrevocable letter of credit in such form as is satisfactory to the Company and have the same confirmed by a United Kingdom bank acceptable to the Company no later than the later of ten days prior to the relevant Loading Date or three working days after the Contract is executed (“the Letter of Credit”).

  • If the Vessel arrives before the agreed Loading Date Range and tenders NOR, Laytime shall not commence until 00:01 hours on the first day of the agreed Loading Date Range, unless Seller elects to accept the Vessel earlier, in which case Laytime shall begin when the Vessel is All Fast.
