DES Ninety Day Schedule the forward plan of deliveries for the three (3) Month period commencing on the first Day of the following Month thereafter prepared by the Transporter pursuant to Paragraph 4.1.2 of Schedule 1 and in accordance with Section 8.4 of the DES SPA (as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the DES SPA and Paragraph 4.2 of Schedule 1);

Examples of DES Ninety Day Schedule in a sentence

  • Each Swapped Cargo shall be delivered by the Transporter to DES Buyer during the DES Delivery Window set out in the DES ADP or DES Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable.

  • The quantity of LNG to be delivered by the Transporter to DES Buyer at the Delivery Point shall be the DES SCQ in respect of such LNG cargo as set out in the DES ADP or DES Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, subject to any delivery tolerance applicable for under the DES SPA.

  • The Transporter shall prepare and issue the DES ADP and DES Ninety Day Schedule (including any changes relating thereto) in consultation with Project Co and in accordance with the DES SPA and provide them to Project Co at the same time as they are provided to DES Buyer.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any request by DES Buyer to change the Receiving Terminal in respect of a cargo scheduled for delivery in the DES ADP or DES Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, shall be subject to sub-part (B) below, and the conditions set forth in this Paragraph 4.2.1 shall not apply to any such request.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Day Shift means a shift which commences at or after 6.00 am and before 10.00 am. "Afternoon shift" means a shift which commences at or after 10.00 am and before 4.00 pm.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Scheduled Unavailability Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Net Cash Flow Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(b) hereof.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Latest Possible Maturity Date The Distribution Date following the third anniversary of the scheduled maturity date of the Mortgage Loan having the latest scheduled maturity date as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions. If on the Strike Date the Reference Price of an Underlying is not determined and published or if on the Strike Date a Market Disruption Event with respect to an Underlying occurs, then the next following Exchange Business Day on which the Reference Price of such Underlying is determined and published again and on which a Market Disruption Event with respect to such Underlying does not occur will be deemed to be the relevant Strike Date for such Underlying.

  • Day fine means a fine imposed by the sentencing court that

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
