Loan Rating definition

Loan Rating means either Loan Rating 1, Loan Rating 2, Loan Rating 3, Loan Rating 4, Loan Rating 5 or Loan Rating 6, as applicable.
Loan Rating means the following;
Loan Rating means the “loan rating” determined with respect to a Loan in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy under the Originator’s loan risk rating system, which ranks loans based on the Originator’s analysis of the credit quality of the loan, the structure of the loan or the underlying collateral.

  • Each Companion Loan Rating Agency Confirmation shall be sought by the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, depending on whichever such party is seeking the corresponding Rating Agency Confirmation(s) in connection with the Relevant Action.

  • The resigning Trust Advisor shall pay all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of each party to this Agreement, the Trust and each Rating Agency and Pari Passu Companion Loan Rating Agency in connection with the resignation of the Trust Advisor and the transfer of its duties (including, but not limited to, reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses associated with higher market fees of a successor, transferring related information, records and reports to the successor).

More Definitions of Loan Rating

Loan Rating means a credit rating with respect to the Loans from a NRSRO.
Loan Rating means, for each Loan in the Loan Pool, the rating assigned to such Loan by CapitalSource by applying its comprehensive loan rating matrix to characterize the risk and level of each loan. The loan rating matrix is customized for the different array of products offered by each lending unit, but without exception evaluates the same three areas, which are (i) credit factors, (ii) collateral factor, and (iii) financial reporting. The following is a description of the conditions associated with each Loan Rating, which must be affirmed by CapitalSource’s credit operations and services group and is then used to determine the level of servicing required: 1 “Investment Grade” (based on structure, collateral or credit)
Loan Rating means the credit rating assigned to the Facility by any of Moody’s, Standard & Poors or Fitch.
Loan Rating. The “Loan Rating” determined for each Loan by the Originator in accordance with the Credit Policy using the scale set forth on Schedule X.

Related to Loan Rating

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Credit Rating means the rating assigned by a Rating Agency to the senior unsecured long term Indebtedness of a Person.

  • Moody’s Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody's and xxxx xx effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsexxxxx xong-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Debt Rating has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”

  • Index Debt Rating means the S&P Rating, the Xxxxx’x Rating and the Fitch Rating.

  • Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Specified Rating means, for the Class A(2018-1) Notes, Aaa(sf) with respect to Xxxxx’x, AAA(sf) with respect to Standard & Poor’s and AAAsf with respect to Fitch.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Applicable Rating means the rating assigned to each Class of the Series 2016-T1 Notes by the Note Rating Agency, upon the issuance of such Class as set forth below:

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Applicable Rating Level at any time and for any Borrower shall be determined in accordance with the then-applicable S&P Rating and the then-applicable Xxxxx’x Rating for such Borrower as follows: S&P Rating A or higher or Xxxxx’x Rating A2 or higher 1 S&P Rating A- or higher or Xxxxx’x Rating A3 or higher 2 S&P Rating BBB+ or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa1 3 S&P Rating BBB or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa2 4 S&P Rating BBB- or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa3 5 S&P Rating BB+ or below or Xxxxx’x Rating Ba1 or below, or no S&P Rating or Xxxxx’x Rating 6 The Applicable Rating Level for any Borrower and for any day shall be determined based upon the higher of the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating for such Borrower in effect on such day. If the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating are not the same (i.e., a “split rating”), the higher of such ratings shall control, unless (i) the ratings differ by more than one level, in which case the rating one level below the higher of the two ratings shall control, or (ii) either rating is below BBB- or Baa3 (as applicable), in which case the lower of the two ratings shall control.

  • Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc.

  • Moody s” means Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.

  • Initial Rating With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.

  • Designated Rating means, for a security or instrument, a rating issued by a designated rating organization, or its DRO affiliate, that is at or above one of the following rating categories, or that is at or above a category that replaces one of the following rating categories, if

  • Debt Ratings has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”

  • Corporate Rating an opinion issued by S&P of an obligor’s overall financial capacity (its creditworthiness) to pay its financial obligations.

  • Applicable Credit Rating For any long-term deposit or security, a credit rating of "AAA" in the case of S&P or "Aaa" in the case of Xxxxx'x. For any short-term deposit or security, a rating of "A-l+" in the case of S&P or "P-1" in the case of Xxxxx'x.

  • Credit Rating Agency means a nationally recognized credit rating agency that evaluates the financial condition of issuers of debt instruments and then assigns a rating that reflects its assessment of the issuer’s ability to make debt payments.

  • Rating Downgrade means either:

  • Senior Debt Rating means, at any date, the credit rating identified by a Rating Agency as the credit rating that (a) it has assigned to long term unsecured senior debt of the Borrower or (b) would assign to long term unsecured senior debt of the Borrower were the Borrower to issue or have outstanding any long term unsecured senior debt on such date.

  • Highest Rating Category means, with respect to a Permitted Investment, that the Permitted Investment is rated by S&P or Moody’s in the highest rating category given by that rating agency for that general category of security. By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A 1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG 1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG 1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Fitch means Fitch Ratings, Inc., and its successors in interest.

  • Rating Level means, with respect to any rating agency, each rating subcategory or “notch” of such rating agency , giving effect to pluses and minuses (or similar designations). By way of illustration, BBB+, BBB and BBB- are each separate Rating Levels of S&P.

  • Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody’s, S&P and DBRS as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the Notes or failed to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control; provided that if one or more of Moody’s, S&P or DBRS ceases to rate the Notes or fails to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control, the Issuer may select any other “designated rating organization” within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be.
