Local County Sites. The locations where Equipment, Software, and Project staff may be located, which are listed in the RFP Attachment D, and which may change as otherwise designated by the Counties in accordance with Section 14.
Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Local office means the county, institution or district office of the department of human services.
Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.
