Local Government Authorities definition

Local Government Authorities means the local government authorities established under Article 145 of this Constitution for the purposes of exercising the people’s power;

More Definitions of Local Government Authorities

Local Government Authorities means the Local Government District Authorities established and operating pursuant to the Local Government (District Authority) Act (CAP 287 R.E. 2002) of the laws of the Recipient.
