Local Industry Development Plan definition

Local Industry Development Plan means the plan set out in Attachment 1 of Schedule 5.
Local Industry Development Plan means the plan set out in Attachment 1 of Schedule 5. Loss means any liability (whether present or contingent), loss, damage, claim, suit, action, demand, expense, cost, fees (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) or proceedings of whatever nature, whether arising under contract or statute or otherwise at law or in equity.
