Local Involvement Network definition

Local Involvement Network means an entity established pursuant to contractual arrangements made by a local authority under section 221(1) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, the function of which is to carry on in such local authority’s area the activities specified in section 221(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007;
Local Involvement Network means a person who in pursuance of arrangements under section 221 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 F12 (health services and social services: local involvement networks) carries on activities specified in section 221(2) of that Act for a local authority area;
Local Involvement Network means any Local Involvement Network established pursuant to the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007;

Local Involvement Network means any Local Involvement Network established pursuant to the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 and the term "LINKs" shall be construed accordingly;

DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract, including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.
