Local Policing Body has the meaning given to it in paragraph (B) of the background to this Agreement “Material” all data, text, graphics, images and other materials or documents created, used or supplied for or referable to the delivery of Counter Terrorism Policing or Allied Matters and/or generated in the course of delivering the Counter Terrorism Activities by or for any of the Police Bodies in connection with this Agreement unless before the first use or supply, the relevant Local Policing Body (PCC) notifies the others that the data, text supplied is not to be covered by this definition

  • If the AOC Accountable Manager agrees that an unexpected demand for additional services has arisen, then the Lead Local Policing Body and the Lead Local Chief Constable shall provide the services that are required to the relevant body and the NPAS Strategic Board shall agree how such additional services should be financed providing the additional services meet the requirements of civil aviation law.

  • This Section 20.1 shall not apply to any information which is in or enters into the public domain otherwise in breach of any undertaking of confidentiality or which any Party is obliged to disclose for the purpose of discharging police or Local Policing Body functions or pursuant to any legal obligation.

  • Collection agency means a person that is directly engaged in collecting or attempting to collect a claim owed or due or asserted to be owed or due another, or repossessing or attempting to repossess a thing of value owed or due or asserted to be owed or due another person, arising out of an expressed or implied agreement.   • State sponsor of terrorism means a country determined by the Secretary of State, under section 6(j)(1)(A) of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C.
