Local Policing Body definition

Local Policing Body has the meaning given to it in paragraph (B) of the background to this Agreement “Material” all data, text, graphics, images and other materials or documents created, used or supplied for or referable to the delivery of Counter Terrorism Policing or Allied Matters and/or generated in the course of delivering the Counter Terrorism Activities by or for any of the Police Bodies in connection with this Agreement unless before the first use or supply, the relevant Local Policing Body (PCC) notifies the others that the data, text supplied is not to be covered by this definition
Local Policing Body. As defined in Section 96 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Xxx 0000.
Local Policing Body means— 35 (a) a police and crime commissioner for a police area in England, (b) the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, (c) the Common Council of the City of London in its capacity as police authority for the City of London police area, or (d) an elected mayor who exercises the functions of a police and crime 40 commissioner by virtue of section 107F of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.

Collection agency includes a person that uses a fictitious name or the name of another in the collection or repossession of claims to convey to the debtor that a third person is collecting or repossessing or has been employed to collect or repossess the claim.

  • State sponsor of terrorism means a country determined by the Secretary of State, under section 6(j)(1)(A) of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2405(j)(i)(A)), to be a country the government of which has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism. As of the date of this provision, state sponsors of terrorism subject to this provision are Iran, Sudan, and Syria. (10 U.S.C. 2327)

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).
