Local taxing entities definition

Local taxing entities means a county, municipality, school district, special purpose district, and other entity or district with the power to levy ad valorem property taxes against the building site.
Local taxing entities means, collectively, Oneida County, the Town of New Hartford, the New Hartford Central School District and each other taxing entity in which the Project Facility, or any portion thereof, is located, including, without limitation, any city, school district, town, village or other political unit wherein the Project Facility or a portion thereof is located.
