Margin Account means a segregated account in the name of a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, or a Clearing Member, or in the name of the Fund for the benefit of a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, or Clearing Member, or otherwise, in accordance with an agreement between the Fund, the Custodian and a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant or a Clearing Member (a "Margin Account Agreement"), separate and distinct from the custody account, in which certain Securities and/or money of the Fund shall be deposited and withdrawn from time to time in connection with such transactions as the Fund may from time to time determine. Securities held in the Book-Entry System or the Depository shall be deemed to have been deposited in, or withdrawn from, a Margin Account upon the Custodian's effecting an appropriate entry in its books and records.
frozen account means an account with a relevant institution which is held or controlled (directly or indirectly) by a designated person;
Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;
Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;
Fund Custody Account means any of the accounts in the name of the Trust, which is provided for in Section 3.2 below.
Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Financial Account means an account maintained by a Financial Institution, and includes: (1) in the case of an Entity that is a Financial Institution solely because it is an Investment Entity, any equity or debt interest (other than interests that are regularly traded on an established securities market) in the Financial Institution; (2) in the case of a Financial Institution not described in subparagraph 1(q)(1) of this Article, any equity or debt interest in the Financial Institution (other than interests that are regularly traded on an established securities market), if (i) the value of the debt or equity interest is determined, directly or indirectly, primarily by reference to assets that give rise to U.S. Source Withholdable Payments, and (ii) the class of interests was established with a purpose of avoiding reporting in accordance with this Agreement; and (3) any Cash Value Insurance Contract and any Annuity Contract issued or maintained by a Financial Institution, other than a noninvestment- linked, nontransferable immediate life annuity that is issued to an individual and monetizes a pension or disability benefit provided under an account that is excluded from the definition of Financial Account in Annex II. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Financial Account” does not include any account that is excluded from the definition of Financial Account in Annex II. For purposes of this Agreement, interests are “regularly traded” if there is a meaningful volume of trading with respect to the interests on an ongoing basis, and an “established securities market” means an exchange that is officially recognized and supervised by a governmental authority in which the market is located and that has a meaningful annual value of shares traded on the exchange. For purposes of this subparagraph 1(q), an interest in a Financial Institution is not “regularly traded” and shall be treated as a Financial Account if the holder of the interest (other than a Financial Institution acting as an intermediary) is registered on the books of such Financial Institution. The preceding sentence will not apply to interests first registered on the books of such Financial Institution prior to July 1, 2014, and with respect to interests first registered on the books of such Financial Institution on or after July 1, 2014, a Financial Institution is not required to apply the preceding sentence prior to January 1, 2016.
Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).
Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Account Control Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Seller, Buyer, and U.S. Bank National Association, in form and substance acceptable to Buyer, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and which shall provide for Buyer control of the Collection Account as of the date of execution.
Foreign Account means an Account in which Foreign Currencies or Securities are held by the Custodian for the benefit of clients whether in comingled accounts or accounts designated for each beneficial owner as is required under the regulatory jurisdiction where the Foreign Account is established.
Dominion Account a special account established by Borrowers at Bank of America or another bank acceptable to Agent, over which Agent has exclusive control for withdrawal purposes.
Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.
Special Account means the account referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
Consumer account means an account established primarily for personal, family, or household use.
Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.
Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.
Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.
Deposit Account is any “deposit account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
Cash Management Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.
Eligible Foreign Accounts means Accounts with respect to which the account debtor does not have its principal place of business in the United States and that (i) are supported by one or more letters of credit in an amount and of a tenor, and issued by a financial institution, acceptable to Bank, or (ii) that Bank approves on a case-by-case basis.
Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
