Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.
Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.
Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.
Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
Agreement Details means the schedule attached to the front of these Terms setting out the variable information related to this agreement such as Your details and other information related to the Room Building means the accommodation building identified in the Agreement Details in which the Room is located.
Community support services means services authorized,
Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
Critical group means the group of individuals reasonably expected to receive the greatest exposure to residual radioactivity for any applicable set of circumstances.
Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;
Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government. Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.
Operationally critical support ’ means supplies or services designated by the Government as critical for airlift, sealift, intermodal transportation services, or logistical support that is essential to the mobilization, deployment, or sustainment of the Armed Forces in a contingency operation.
Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.
Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;
Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.
Supply Chain means the series of entities involved in the supply and purchase of materials and goods, from raw materials to final product.
Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
Primary care giver" means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.
Pharmaceutical care means the provision of drug therapy and
Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;
Essential Details means the required details in order for the Company to be able to place the Order for example but not limited to the type of Underlying Asset, Direction (Buy/or Sell), Opening price, closing price, style of the Order, the volume, if the Client places a Pending Order (limit or stop) the Client will indicate the intended price in which the Order will go in the market and any Stop Loss and or Take Profit etc.
