Long Term Forecast definition

Long Term Forecast has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(a);

Long Term Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

• If Patheon is unable to accommodate any portion of the Long Term Forecast, it will notify Client and the parties will agree on any revisions to the forecast.
