*Longevity Steps. The schedule is based on the employee's total years of working experience with the Employer in a secretarial/clerical/office assistant position. Employees having a hire date falling between July 1 and January 31 shall be granted a full year of experience for purposes of longevity pay as of July 1. Employees having a hire date falling between February 1 and June 30 shall not receive credit for the fractional part of a year.
