Police Check means a formal inquiry made to the relevant police authority in each State or Territory and designed to obtain details of an individual’s criminal conviction or a finding of guilt in all places (within and outside Australia) that the Grantee knows the person has resided in;
E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.
Self-Check means an integrated function that checks for a system failure on a continuous basis at least while the system is active.
Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.
Document Checklist means an electronic or hard copy list delivered by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Borrower) to the Agent and the Collateral Custodian that identifies each of the documents contained in each Collateral Obligation File and whether such document is an original or a copy and whether a hard copy or electronic copy will be delivered to the Collateral Custodian related to a Collateral Obligation and includes the name of the Obligor with respect to such Collateral Obligation, in each case as of the related Funding Date.
Substitute Check means a paper reproduction of an Item that satisfies the requirements and definition of "substitute check" set forth in Regulation CC.
User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.

Working With Children Check or WWCC means the process in place pursuant to Relevant Legislation to screen an individual for fitness to work with Children. Relevant checks and authority
Standard form contract means a financial contract that is substantially not negotiable for the Client, except for the terms contained in point 11.C.
Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.
Background Check means the process of checking an applicant’s arrest and conviction record, through any means.
Standard Agreement Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to enter into agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual contract counterpart.

Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Best management practice or “BMP” means structural or non-structural measures, practices, techniques or devices employed to avoid or minimize sediment or pollutants carried in runoff to waters of the state.
Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;
Payment Terms for a Supply Point means the Payment Method and Payment Period for it;
