Lots of record definition

Lots of record. - means any lot which, individually or as a part of subdivision, has been separately designated by plat or deed, by recorded instrument and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Crawford County, before the date of adoption of this code.
Lots of record means a separate and distinct parcel designated on a legally recorded subdivision plat or a legally recorded deed filed in the records of the county;

  • Line Record means information in LIDB and/or the LIDB administrative system that is specific to a single telephone number or Special Billing Number.

  • ADS Record Date shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.9.

  • Broker Dealer of Record means GWM Limited or any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as broker dealer of record in accordance with the terms of the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement.

  • Special Record Date for the payment of any Defaulted Interest means a date fixed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 307.

  • Income Account Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.
