Game Tickets. Players shall have the right to request, and to receive on a complimentary basis, (i) four (4) tickets to home games (whether in the Team’s home stadium or at another stadium in their metropolitan area); (ii) two (2) tickets to away and neutral-site games; (iii) four (4) tickets to the MLS All-Star Game if they are participating in that game, or a game played in connection with the MLS All-Star Game; and (iv) four (4) tickets to MLS Cup if they are participating in that game or a game played in connection with MLS Cup, in each case to the extent that there are tickets available at the time the request is made.
(i) Players who do not request tickets will not receive tickets, will have no right to receive tickets, and under no circumstances will be taxed on the value of tickets that they had a right to request but did not request or receive.
(ii) MLS and its Teams agree that they shall endeavor to provide Players requesting tickets with tickets in a manner such that Players are not taxed for those tickets. MLS and its Teams,
(iii) MLS and the Union agree that they shall enter into a side letter that explains more fully the process for Players to request and receive complimentary tickets and the parties agree that, in the event that the tax code in the United States, Canada, or any state or province therein is changed in a manner that affects the taxation of complimentary tickets, the parties shall re-open the Agreement for the sole purpose of negotiating a system for providing complimentary tickets to Players on a tax-free basis to the greatest extent allowable by law, as determined in MLS’s sole discretion.
(iv) Six (6) tickets shall be made available to authorized Union representatives for purchase for each Regular Season game, Post-Season game, MLS All-Star Game or exhibition game. MLS and/or the Team shall make reasonable efforts to provide the tickets in the lower level or mezzanine section(s) of the stadium. The Union shall also have the right to a private luxury box at the MLS All-Star Game and MLS Cup for purchase at a most-favored nation price. Most favored nation price excludes complimentary boxes provided to MLS or SUM and applies to comparable boxes only. The Union’s right to purchase such a box is subject to availability and MLS’s right to withhold boxes for use for reasonable business needs.
Game Tickets. University shall provide Patron with the number of tickets stated in the Term Sheet for Games played by the Team at the Stadium during the Term of this Agreement. The tickets shall allow the ticket holder to use the Loge Box. University may schedule events other than Games at the Stadium. Except as provided in this Agreement, University shall have the right, without compensation to Patron, to allow others to use the Loge Box for events other than Games.
Game Tickets. During the EuroLeague Regular Season and the EuroLeague Playoffs, the Player will receive a minimum of two lower bowl complimentary tickets for every home game, and one complimentary ticket for every away game. The Player will have an option to purchase additional tickets for every home game, and the Club will make its best efforts to offer him the possibility of purchasing additional tickets for every away game.
Game Tickets. Each Player will have the right to request and receive up to
(a) four (4) complimentary tickets for each home Regular Season Game of their Team, and (b) two (2) complimentary tickets for each away Regular Season Game of their Team. For each Playoff Game and All-Star Game in which a Player participates, the Player will have the right to request and receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets. The PWHL and/or Team will determine the seat locations of the tickets provided hereunder at their sole discretion, provided that they shall be located in the lower bowl of any applicable venue, if available. Tickets provided to Players hereunder may not be sold. Provision of tickets is subject to any applicable withholding taxes. If Players would like additional tickets, the League will make additional tickets available for purchase, as inventory exists, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Game Tickets. Two Hundred (200) complimentary Tier Reserved Game tickets (the seating locations of which will be determined by the Yankees) to the Game on the Promotional Day. All Game tickets (including Promotional Day tickets and suite tickets) are provided subject to the condition that if the Agreement is terminated, any unused Game tickets must be returned to the Yankees no later than thirty (30) days following the termination of the Agreement. Sponsor will be required to pay the face value of each Game ticket that has not been returned within thirty (30) days following the termination date. No Game tickets may be resold for any consideration, monetary or otherwise, or used for including, without limitation, promotions, contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, auctions, etc., without the prior written approval of the Yankees. The exercise of such right by the Yankees will not result in any liability on the part of the Yankees or entitle Sponsor to any credits, make-goods, rebates or other benefits; and
Game Tickets. The Club will provide the Player with a minimum of two complimentary tickets for each home game and one complimentary ticket for each away game during the Regular Season and the Playoffs.
Game Tickets. In consideration for, and subject to the payment of, the ticket prices set forth herein, the STH shall receive tickets for the seats designated below for the Phantoms’ home games played at the PPL Center in Allentown, PA (the “Arena”) in accordance with the season ticket Agreement, which currently includes 2 pre-season, 38 regular season and 2 playoff games. The STH acknowledges and agrees that the Phantoms may, in their reasonable discretion, change or re-locate the seat locations from year to year during the Term due to structural changes or renovations at the PPL Center.
Game Tickets. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the League will make arrangements on a best efforts basis to make two (2) complimentary tickets available to each game that an official works where such tickets would otherwise be available to the League on a complimentary basis. In the event such tickets are not available to the League on a complimentary basis, the League will make arrangements on a best efforts basis to make two
Game Tickets. UConn shall make available to Xxxxxx, at no cost to Xxxxxx, twenty (20) tickets for the Basketball Program’s home games and twenty (20) tickets for the Basketball Program’s away from home games (including pre- and post-season games). Xxxxxx may use these tickets in his discretion in furtherance of his duties as Head Men’s Basketball Coach, which may include, among other uses, hosting family, donors and other friends of UConn for business purposes. Xxxxxx’x use of the tickets made available under this subsection shall be subject to all applicable Governing Athletic Rules and University Rules, including UConn’s policy prohibiting the transfer (by sale, trade or barter) of such tickets for consideration (i.e., anything of value). This policy applies to the use of all UConn athletic tickets that Xxxxxx receives as part of his employment as Head Men’s Basketball Coach, including tickets purchased by Xxxxxx through the Basketball Program. This policy is not applicable to tickets obtained outside of the scope of Xxxxxx’x employment in a manner consistent with the purchase or possession of tickets by a member of the general public. In addition, Xxxxxx will receive tickets to one (1) suite and five (5) parking passes for home football games at Xxxxx & Xxxxxxx Stadium at Xxxxxxxxxx Field if Xxxxxx is requested to attend any such games by the Athletic Director, which such attendance will be on mutually convenient dates. Xxxxxx shall be responsible for all costs associated with food and beverage service in the suite.
Game Tickets. (a) In the event that a Team provides home-game tickets to its players, seat locations must be allocated to players based on seniority, with the most senior players (based on years of NBA service) receiving the most favorable seat locations.
(b) NBA Teams shall provide four (4) tickets to authorized representatives of the Players Association to any home game at box office prices, provided notice of such request is given at least forty-eight (48) hours before the game.
(c) Each Team agrees to provide retired players with three (3) or more years of NBA service with the opportunity to purchase two (2) tickets at box office prices to its NBA home games, and to hold such tickets for such players, provided tickets are available and the retired players provide the Team with forty-eight (48) hours advance notice of their desire for such tickets.
