Loyalty Bonus definition

Loyalty Bonus means the total loyalty bonus payment made by the Manager to either the Subscriber or Benefciary based on a percentage of the Net Contributions in the Savings Account as calculated and paid under the terms of the Agreement.
Loyalty Bonus means a benefit you may be entitled to receive depending on the funds in which you have invested, as explained in section A3;
Loyalty Bonus means that portion of a Company Contribution made on a Participant’s behalf that the Company deems a “Loyalty Bonus.”

Examples of Loyalty Bonus in a sentence

  • The Loyalty Bonus will be forfeited if your Plan is cancelled or terminated before the Loyalty Bonus is awarded to your Plan.

More Definitions of Loyalty Bonus

Loyalty Bonus means the bonus that may be allocated to the Accumulation Account under this Plan having a Contribution Payment Term of 10 years or more, according to the Clause 4.2. Master Trust means the Master Trust (if any) referred to in the Application Form. Minimum Contribution means the minimum contribution to be allocated to an Asset Choice.
