Loyalty Units definition

Loyalty Units. - means the miles, points or other loyalty program units issued by Aimia's subsidiaries under the respective programs owned and operated by each of the entities;
Loyalty Units means the miles, points or other loyalty program reward units issued by Aimia’s Subsidiaries under the respective programs owned and operated by such Subsidiaries;

Related to Loyalty Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • CVRs means the rights of Holders to receive contingent cash payments pursuant to the Merger Agreement and this Agreement.

  • Parity Units means any Partnership Securities, including Preferred Units, that the Partnership may authorize or issue, the terms of which provide that such securities shall rank equally with the Series A Preferred Units with respect to payment of distributions and distribution of assets upon a Dissolution Event.

  • Restricted Units means that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as “Awards Granted.”

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • RSUs means restricted stock units.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Series B Preferred Units shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;

  • Preferred Units means all Partnership Interests designated as preferred units by the General Partner from time to time in accordance with Section 4.02 of the Partnership Agreement.

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).
