LRS Business License Official definition

LRS Business License Official means the person designated from time to time by the LRS Board of Directors to act as the business license official (as such term in used in S.C. Code §§ 6-1-400 to -420) with respect to one or more Revenue Service Programs.   • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
