online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
OTC derivative Means any financial derivative instrument dealt in over-the-counter;
Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.
Derivatives Exchange means Chicago Board Options Exchange. "Interest Rate" means USD LIBOR O/N (overnight).LIBOR stands for London InterBank Offered Rate. LIBOR is an average interest rate based on infor- mation submitted by the contributing banks. The panel banks indicate the interest rates at which they are able to refinance their own interbank activities in the relevant currency for the relevant term on an unsecured basis. To calculate the reference interest rate, the highest and lowest quar- tiles of these interest rates are eliminated, and the remaining interest rates are averaged. LIBOR is calculated for 7 different terms and 5 different currencies. The LIBOR interest rates (ICE Libor) are administered by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (IBA) and determined each business day at 11 a.m. (London time). LIBOR O/N (overnight) stands for terms of 1 day.If the Interest Rate is not set or published on an Index Calculation Day, the Interest Rate applied on the immediately preceding Index Calculation Day is used to calculate the index in accordance with section C).If the Interest Rate has neither been set nor published for ten consecutive Index Calculation Days, the Index Calculation Agent has the right and obligation to stipulate in its reasonable discretion an alternative relevant Interest Rate which has functions comparable to the previous Interest Rate.
Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.
Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
suspended platform means a working platform suspended from supports by means of one or more separate ropes from each support;
Capital Markets Debt means any debt securities or debt financing issued pursuant to an indenture, notes purchase agreement or similar financing arrangement (but excluding any credit agreement) whether offered pursuant to a registration statement under the Securities Act or under an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.
Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.
Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
PJM Markets means the PJM Interchange Energy and capacity markets, including the RPM auctions, together with all bilateral or other wholesale electric power and energy transactions, capacity transactions, ancillary services transactions (including black start service), transmission transactions and any other market operated under the PJM Tariff or Operating Agreement within the PJM Region, wherein Market Participants may incur Obligations to PJMSettlement. PJM Market Rules:
Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.
Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.
Derivatives Any exchange-traded or over-the-counter (i) forward, future, option, swap, cap, collar, floor or foreign exchange contract or any combination thereof, whether for physical delivery or cash settlement, relating to any interest rate, interest rate index, currency, currency exchange rate, currency exchange rate index, debt instrument, debt price, debt index, depository instrument, depository price, depository index, equity instrument, equity price, equity index, commodity, commodity price or commodity index, (ii) any similar transaction, contract, instrument, undertaking or security, or (iii) any transaction, contract, instrument, undertaking or security containing any of the foregoing.
Platforms means collectively Bonitas’ websites, including affiliated websites and Member portals;
Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;
BC Bid Website means www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca; “City” means the City of Surrey;
Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).
NYFRB’s Website means the website of the NYFRB at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for
Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;
Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.
