LTIP Awards has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3(a) hereof.

Examples of LTIP Awards in a sentence

  • LTIP Awards are generally granted to Participants with respect to successive overlapping Performance Cycles.

  • Subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan and the LTIP, each year the Committee may grant LTIP Awards to such Participants in such amount and pursuant to such terms and conditions (to the extent consistent with the LTIP and the Plan) as the Committee may determine and as set forth in the applicable LTIP Award agreement.

  • The terms and conditions of the grant of LTIP Awards to Executive under the applicable Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan shall be set forth in the award agreement relating to the grant of such LTIP Award.

  • This award, and all other LTIP Awards and other equity-based awards, are discretionary.

  • The vesting levels of the Paddy Power LTIP Awards will be crystallised on Completion reflecting the extent to which the Paddy Power Remuneration Committee considers that the performance conditions applying to the relevant Paddy Power LTIP Awards would have been satisfied at the end of the original vesting periods (the “Paddy Power Fixed Vesting Level”).
