When a payment is due under this Plan to a Severed Employee who is unable to care for his or her affairs, payment may be made directly to his or her legal guardian or personal representative.
For the purposes of this Section 2.1(a), the amount of the bonus payable to the Severed Employee shall be determined in good faith by the Plan Administrator, whose determination shall be final and binding on the Severed Employee, within 15 days following the end of the month in which the Severance Date occurs.

The Severed Employee will advise the Company promptly upon the Severed Employee becoming eligible for medical benefits from another source, and, if such occurs, the Company’s obligation to pay the Severed Employee’s COBRA premiums will cease.
