Luxembourg Claims Pledge Agreement definition

Luxembourg Claims Pledge Agreement means the Claims Pledge substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1, dated the date hereof between the pledgors party thereto and the Collateral Trustee, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
