MAA Shareholder Meeting definition

MAA Shareholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of MAA Common Stock for the purpose of seeking the MAA Shareholder Approval, including any postponement or adjournment thereof.

  • Shareholder Meeting means an annual general meeting of shareholders or special meeting of shareholders of the Company called for the purpose of electing directors to the board of directors of the Company.

  • Common Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.
