Main Operations definition

Main Operations means the shipment operations, 7.2 Clients shall bear the costs and expenses such as additional reserve funds; storage operations and radiation measurement operations costs accrued concerning the Vehicles, etc. in Trust, (6) Any matter that may greatly affect the operation status regarding the Vehicles, etc. in Trust. arising due to the reasons set forth in Article 7.2 above. or the status of assets; or
Main Operations means all or part of the shipment operations, storage operations and radiation measurement operations regarding the Vehicles, etc. in Trust.

Examples of Main Operations in a sentence

  • Upon reasonable written notice from the UN, the Operator may be required to provide Services in the Operations Area, whereupon the Operator shall be required to obtain relevant Permits and Visas in accordance with Article 9 in order to provide Services in the Operations Area and which may require a permanent change in the Main Operations Base, as determined by the UN.

  • In the event that the Aircraft or Optional Aircraft is transported from the Main Operations Base to a location other than the Aircraft Post-contract Location and such location is closer to the Main Operations Base than the Aircraft Post-contract Location, then the Depositioning Costs payable by the UN to the Operator shall be decreased by a proportionate amount.

  • The Parties agree that the Depositioning Costs specified in the Price Schedule are a fixed cost, among other, for transporting the Aircraft or Optional Aircraft from the Main Operations Base to the Aircraft Post-contract Location upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Upon reasonable notice, the UN may direct the Operator to provide Services that would require the Aircraft, Optional or Replacement Aircraft and its Crew to be stationed away from the Main Operations Base for a temporary period.

  • The Parties agree in the event that the Aircraft or Optional Aircraft is transported from the Main Operations Base to a location other than the Aircraft Post-contract Location and such location is further than the Aircraft Post-Contract Location, then the Depositioning Costs payable by the UN to the Operator shall not be increased.

  • In the event that the Aircraft or Optional Aircraft is transported to the Main Operations Base from a location other than the Aircraft Pre-contract Location and such location is closer to the Main Operations Base than the Aircraft Pre-contract Location, then the Positioning Costs payable by the UN to the Operator shall be decreased by a proportionate amount.

  • In the event that the UN directs the Operator and the Aircraft, Optional or Replacement Aircraft to stay overnight away from its Main Operations Base, the UN shall provide local transportation, accommodation and meals at the temporary location for the Crew at no cost to the Operator, unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, in which event Articles 4.11 to 4.13 shall not apply.

  • The service of Airport Security inside the “Restricted Security Area”5 shall be provided by the CONCESSIONAIRE’s staff, unless the current regulations, at the time the Main Operations are provided, allow that services be carried out by means of outsourcing.

  • In the event that the UN directs the Operator and the Aircraft or Replacement Aircraft to stay overnight away from its Main Operations Base, the UN shall provide local transportation, accommodation and meals at the temporary location for the Crew at no cost to the Operator, unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, in which event Articles 4.16 to 4.18 shall not apply.

  • In the event that the Aircraft is transported to the Main Operations Base from a location other than the Aircraft Pre-contract Location and such location is closer to the Main Operations Base than the Aircraft Pre-contract Location, then the Positioning Costs payable by the UN to the Operator shall be decreased by a proportionate amount.

Main Operations are the services related with the collection of the Single Fee for Airport Use (TUUA, by its Spanish acronym), rescue services and Firefighting (SEI, by its Spanish acronym), Safety, Landing Services and Takeoff and Parking Service of Aircraft, described in Section 1) of Appendix 1 of Annex 5 of this Contract. The responsibility for the execution of the Main Operations corresponds to the CONCESSIONAIRE who shall carry it with his own staff or through the subcontracting of third parties.
