MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS. If specified in the Product manufacturer’s warranty and/or owner’s manual, You must perform all of the care, maintenance and inspections for the Product as indicated. Proof of the completion of such maintenance, care and/or inspection services may be required at time of Claim. COVERAGE under Your Plan becomes effective at different times; depending on whether Your Claim is: (a) a Failure that is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; (b) a Failure that is no longer covered under the manufacturer’s warranty because it has expired; or (c) a covered occurrence that is NOT a defined Failure (such as an ADH event or a Power Surge event).

MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS. If specified in the Device manufacturer’s warranty and/or owner’s manual, You must perform all of the care, maintenance and inspections for the Device as indicated. You may be required to provide proof of fulfilment of such maintenance, care and/or inspection services at time of claim. ANY CLAIM RESULTING FROM THE LACK OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AND/OR OWNER’S MANUAL WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. Limitation of Liability
