MAINTENANCE BODY definition

MAINTENANCE BODY means and include the Developer or its Agency so long as the Developer does not hand over the management of the Project, and after the same is made over, to the Apex Body.
MAINTENANCE BODY means and include the Promoter/Vendor or its Agency till the Promoter/Vendor is managing the maintenance of the Project. Post hand over of the management of the Project by the Promoter/Vendor, the Apex Body shall be considered as the Maintenance Body.
MAINTENANCE BODY means and include the Vendor/Developer or its Agency so long as the Vendor/Developer does not hand over the management of the new building complex to the Holding Organisation, and after the same is made over, the Holding Organisation.
