Maintenance Deposit definition

Maintenance Deposit means interest free Deposit as security for payment of Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges, which shall be handed over to the Association after formation;
Maintenance Deposit means interest free maintenance security deposit to be paid to the Maintenance Agency as a measure of security for the Maintenance Agency and more fully described in Clause 5.1.
Maintenance Deposit shall have the meaning as ascribed to the said term in the Maintenance Agreement.

More Definitions of Maintenance Deposit

Maintenance Deposit or "IFMSD" shall mean the interest-free maintenance security deposit, as provided in Clause 3.2 of this AFS, payable by the Allottee under this AFS towards security for adjustment of any unpaid Maintenance Charges as may be payable by the Allottee in terms of the Maintenance Agreement;
Maintenance Deposit means the reduced value of a Security Deposit, separate cash or an irrevocable and automatically renewable Letter of Credit to be deposited with the City for the duration of the maintenance period, according to the standards set out or referred to in Schedule “A”, attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw, as a guarantee for the stability and sufficiency of the Works and Services completed by the Developer;

Related to Maintenance Deposit

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Window means the total minutes in the reporting month represented by the following day(s) and time(s) during which vendor shall maintain the services: [day(s) and time(s)].
