Maintenance Surcharge definition

Maintenance Surcharge means and refer to the maintenance surcharge authorized pursuant to TMC 12.08.870 and established for the Foss Regional Stormwater Facilities pursuant to Ordinance No.28521 as a monthly surcharge on the property owner’s surface water bill of $0.02 per square foot of area requiring mitigation. Such maintenance surcharge is depicted in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein.

Related to Maintenance Surcharge
