Major Carriers definition

Major Carriers means (a) T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint PCS and Nextel, (b) any Affiliate of either T-Mobile or Nextel, and (c) any entity controlled by Verizon Wireless or Sprint PCS.
