Major Incident means an occurrence involving a consumer during service provision that:

Major Incident means an incident associated with the distribution of electricity, which results in a significant interruption of service or substantial damage to equipment, or loss of life or significant injury to human beings, or as otherwise directed by the Commission and shall also include any other incident which the Commission expressly declares to be a major incident;
