Major Project Document definition
Major Project Document means any of:
Major Project Document means each “Major Project Document” as defined in the DOE Guarantee Agreement.
Major Project Document means the Primary Off-Take Agreements, the Canton Lease Agreement, the DCEMB Lease Agreement and the Canton Landfill Gas Agreement; provided that the Canton Lease Agreement and the Canton Landfill Gas Agreement shall be deemed to no longer be Major Project Documents after the consummation of a Permitted Canton Assignment.

With respect to each Major Project Participant, to the extent the Borrower is entitled to receive such information pursuant to the applicable Major Project Document or Direct Agreement entered into with such Major Project Participant, audited Financial Statements of such Major Project Participant, as soon as available, but in any event within ninety (90) days following such Major Project Participant’s Fiscal Year end, audited Financial Statements of such Major Project Participant for such Fiscal Year.

(vii) the Affiliate Indemnification Agreement;
(viii) the MECS License Agreement;
(ix) the Malta Ready Mix Purchase Order;
(x) each TLT Document;
(xi) each Real Property Document;
(xii) each Workforce Hub Document, from and after the date of execution thereof;
(xiii) each Major Subcontract;
(xiv) each Additional Major Project Document;
(xv) any other Project Document if, but only if, the Company and the Holder agree (in their sole discretion) that such document shall be treated as a “Major Project Document”; and
(xvi) any credit support instrument provided in connection with any of the foregoing, irrespective of whether the Company or and of its Subsidiaries is a party thereto.
Major Project Document means a Project Document with a Major Project Party.
Major Project Document means each of the following: (a) the Master Services Agreement, (b) the O&M Agreement, (c) the Power Purchase Agreements, (d) the Land Lease Agreement, (e) each Construction Contract, (f) the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, (g) the Delivery Term Security Maintenance Agreement, (h) the Mitigation Land Acquisition Agreement, (i) the Escrow Agreement and (j) any other contract or agreement entered into by the Borrower subsequent to the Guarantee Agreement Date and designated by DOE in a writing delivered to Borrower a “Major Project Document.”
Major Project Document means each of (a) the P1 EPC Contracts, (b) the P1 CASA, (c) the P2 EPC Contracts, (d) the P2 CASAs, and (e) the RG Facility Agreements.
