Major Project Document definition

Major Project Document means any of:

More Definitions of Major Project Document

Major Project Document means a Project Document with a Major Project Party.
Major Project Document means each of the following: (a) the Master Services Agreement, (b) the O&M Agreement, (c) the Power Purchase Agreements, (d) the Land Lease Agreement, (e) each Construction Contract, (f) the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, (g) the Delivery Term Security Maintenance Agreement, (h) the Mitigation Land Acquisition Agreement, (i) the Escrow Agreement and (j) any other contract or agreement entered into by the Borrower subsequent to the Guarantee Agreement Date and designated by DOE in a writing delivered to Borrower a “Major Project Document.”
Major Project Document means each “Major Project Document” as defined in the DOE Guarantee Agreement.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid.   • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.
