Land Lease Agreement definition

Land Lease Agreement means the lease deed entered into between the Developer and the Authority for the Site for the Project in the form set out in Schedule-T;
Land Lease Agreement means the lease agreement(s) entered into between the District Collectors (on behalf of the GoM) or any other applicable authority, and MSAPL, as provided in the Data Room.

  • The Stamp Duty and the registration charges/fees including other incidental charges, on and in relation to the lease of the land under Land Lease Agreement shall be paid by the Developer in accordance with the provisions of applicable rules and regulations to be read with all its amendments issued by the State Government from time to time.

More Definitions of Land Lease Agreement

Land Lease Agreement means the agreement to be executed between BPDB and the Company for the lease of land by BPDB to the Company for the location of the Facility, as may be amended from time to time by the parties thereto;
