Major Review definition

Major Review shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4.
Major Review means the review referred to in Article 41.3 of the Lease Contract;
Major Review means a broader, more comprehensive review of all aspects of the Plan and shall involve a formal, public consultation process that shall include at a minimum (1) public open house and (1) public hearing at time of review

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.
