Consultation Process definition

Consultation Process means the consultation processes undertaken by or on behalf of an Entity in respect of its project as required by an Applicable Law and/or regulation but excluding any bilateral consultations between the Entity and a particular individual or organisation;
Consultation Process has the meaning given in Clause 16.1;
Consultation Process means the process set out in Appendices D and E of this Agreement;

Examples of Consultation Process in a sentence

  • If any of the consulting parties or the ACHP objects within the fifteen (15) day review and comment period to the resolution of adverse effects through the application of the Abbreviated Consultation Process, FEMA shall resolve the adverse effect(s) using procedures outlined below in Stipulation II.C.6(b), MOA or Stipulation II.C.6.(c), Programmatic Agreement.

  • Consultation Process The City and the Union agree to participate in a consultation process concerning the contracting out of work otherwise performed by employees within the jurisdiction of CUPE Local 30 where the work has been performed in-house, in whole or in part, in the recent past, presently, or where work is being considered for future contracting.
