Major Watercourse means a watercourse or river system of regional significance, usually with a discharge during a 100-year flood event of 10,000 cfs or greater.

  • For the project the following elements are relevant: Major Watercourse Crossings – Structures built to cross waterways that drain catchments greater than 4 km2. Minor Watercourse Crossings – Watercourse crossings of catchments that are smaller than 4km2 and minor drainage infrastructure, e.g. pipes and minor culverts. Road Corridor (obstructions) – Relates to the road pavement, and the ability of traffic to effectively travel between Lambi and Naro Hill.

  • Watercourse means a channel in which a flow of water occurs, either continuously or intermittently.

  • Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur.   • Permeable pavement means paving material that absorbs water or allows water to infiltrate through the paving material.   • Exfiltration means any unauthorized release of data from within an information system. This includes copying the data through covert network channels or the copying of data to unauthorized media.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
