Majority Holding Trust Certificateholders definition

Majority Holding Trust Certificateholders means Holding Trust Certificateholders holding in the aggregate more than 50% of the Percentage Interests.

  • Trust Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Trust Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.
