Relevant Make Whole Screen Page definition

Relevant Make Whole Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (or any successor or replacement page, section or other part of a particular information service, including, without limitation, Bloomberg) specified as the Relevant Make Whole Screen Page in the applicable Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying comparable relevant bid and offered prices for the Reference Bond.
Relevant Make Whole Screen Page means Bloomberg screen page "HP" for the Reference Security (using the settings "Mid YTM" and "Daily") (or any successor or replacement page, section or other part of the information service), or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on the information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying the mid-market yield to maturity for the Reference Security.
Relevant Make Whole Screen Page means PXUK (or any successor or replacement page, section or other part of the information service), or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on the information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying comparable relevant bid and offered prices for the Reference Bond.

More Definitions of Relevant Make Whole Screen Page

Relevant Make Whole Screen Page means the display page on the relevant service as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement or such other page as may replace it on that information service, or on such other equivalent information service as determined by the Calculation Agent, for the purpose of displaying equivalent or comparable rates to the (A) yield to maturity or specified price of the Reference Bond or (B) relevant swap rates for swap transactions in the Specified Currency with an equivalent maturity to the Maturity Date, as the case may be, or, in the case of (B), the next shorter and next longer such rates as applicable;
Relevant Make Whole Screen Page has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.04 hereof.
Relevant Make Whole Screen Page means PXUK (or any successor or replacement page, section or other part of the information service), or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on the information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying comparable relevant bid and offered prices for the Reference Bond. Unless the Company defaults on payment of the redemption price, interest will cease to accrue on the redemption date on the Securities or portions thereof called for redemption.

  • Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Reuters Screen Page means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or LIBOR02 page, as specified in applicable pricing supplement, on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service (or any successor service) (or any replacement page or pages on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor service on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed).

  • Reuters Screen LIBO Page The display designated as page "LIBO" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace such LIBO page on that service for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates of major banks.

  • Moneyline Telerate Page 3750 The display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Information Services, Inc. (or any page replacing that page on that service for the purpose of displaying London inter-bank offered rates of major banks).

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Telerate Page 3750 means the display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

  • Relevant Screen Rate means (a) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in Dollars, the Term SOFR Screen Rate, (b) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in CAD, the CAD Screen Rate, (c) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in Euros, the EURIBO Screen Rate, (d) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in AUD, the AUD Screen Rate and (e) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in JPY, the TIBOR Screen Rate.

  • Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display page currently so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

  • Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR Page means the display designated as page “GCAN5YR<INDEX>” on the Bloomberg Financial L.P. service (or such other page as may replace the GCAN5YR page on that service) for purposes of displaying Government of Canada bond yields.

  • Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

  • Designated LIBOR Page means the display on Reuters Screen, LIBOR01 Page or any successor service or any page as may replace the designated page on that service or any successor service that displays the London interbank rates of major banks for U.S. Dollars.

  • Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters Screen CDOR Page means the display designated as page CDOR on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or other page as may, from time to time, replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying bid quotations for bankers’ acceptances accepted by leading Canadian banks.
