Managed Residential Community definition

Managed Residential Community means a community registered with the Connecticut Department of Public Health in order to provide certain assisted living services to residents in their residences. Essex Meadows is registered as a managed residential community.
Managed Residential Community means a community registered with the Connecticut Department of Public Health in order to offer certain Assisted Living Services provided by a licensed assisted living services agency to residents in their apartments. The Community is registered as a Managed Residential Community.
Managed Residential Community means a for-profit or not-for-profit facility consisting of private residential units that provides a managed group living environment consisting of housing and services for persons who are primarily fifty-five years of age or older. "Managed residential community" does not include any state-funded congregate housing facilities.
