Housing facilities means the Issuer’s existing low-rent multifamily housing units and appurtenant facilities for low-income domestic farm labor within the area of operation of the Issuer (excluding the South Dade Center), together with any and all improvements, extensions and additions to such units and facilities hereafter constructed or acquired, including the Project.

  • The University shall have the right to cancel this Lease and require that the Resident vacate the premises and all University Housing facilities if the University determines that the Resident’s conduct is not suitable or appropriate for University Housing.

  • Licensees must be enrolled in six (6) or more units to be eligible to live in University Housing facilities.

  • Construction on the CSU, Chico campus may occur in or near campus University Housing facilities.

  • Licensees living in University Housing facilities are obligated to this agreement for this time period unless a Licensee’s license is approved for cancellation under the provisions of this License Agreement.

Related to Housing facilities

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
