Managed Sites definition

Managed Sites means sites that the Group currently manages but does not own due to either: (i) certain conditions for transfer under the relevant acquisition documentation, ground lease and/or law not yet being satisfied; or (ii) the site being subject to an agreement with the relevant MNO under which the MNO retains ownership and outsources management and marketing to the Company.
Managed Sites means each of the Sites that remain subject to a Site Management Agreement.
Managed Sites shall include the Replacement Other Pledged Sites and shall exclude the Substituted Other Pledged Site and (iii) following termination of a Site Management Agreement pursuant to Section 5.9, “Managed Sites” shall mean each of the Sites that remain subject to a Site Management Agreement.

  • These include cost reports, plans of correc- tion and reports to accrediting bodies such as Joint Commission, OSHPD or other government oversight agency.

More Definitions of Managed Sites

Managed Sites means (i) following the addition of any Additional Site(s) and/or Additional Borrower Site(s), “Managed Sites” shall include any Additional Site(s) and/or Additional Borrower Site(s) that is not an Owned Site and is subject to a Site Management Agreement and identified as “Managed Sites” in any related Loan Agreement Supplement, (ii) following an Other Pledged Site Substitution with respect to a Property that will be subject to a Site Management Agreement, “Managed Sites” shall include the Replacement Other Pledged Sites and shall exclude the Substituted Other Pledged Site and (iii) following termination of a Site Management Agreement pursuant to Section 5.9, “Managed Sites” shall mean each of the Sites that remain subject to a Site Management Agreement.
Managed Sites means (i) any towers or other structures (rooftops, buildings, water towers, etc.) leased or subleased by Company or any Company Subsidiary from the owner or operator thereof and leased or subleased to tenants and (ii) towers or other structures for which Company or any Company Subsidiary provides management and leasing services to the owners subject to a Management Agreement. Any Site that is an Owned Site, a Leased Site or an Other Interest Site shall not be a Managed Site.
Managed Sites are the locations specified on each pertinent Order. Managed Sites may have been referenced as Customer Premises, Customer Locations, and/or a similar defined term under the C1SI Legacy Master Agreement.
Managed Sites has the meaning set forth in Annex A-4.
