Examples of Mandatory Early Redemption Date in a sentence
Upon receipt of the proceeds (if any) of the realisation of the Collateral following such enforcement, the Trustee shall give notice to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 18 (Notices) of the Mandatory Early Redemption Date and on such date the Notes shall be redeemed in accordance with the Enforcement Priority of Payments.
The failure of the Company to pay the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount on the Mandatory Early Redemption Date shall constitute an Event of Default, and any portion of the Mandatory Early Redemption Amount not paid on the Mandatory Early Redemption Date shall bear interest at the Default Rate until paid in full.
