Mandatory Early Redemption Date definition

Mandatory Early Redemption Date means each date specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Mandatory Early Redemption Date means, in relation to each relevant Observation Date stated in the table above, the Scheduled Mandatory Early Redemption Date specified adjacent such Observation Date in the table above, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.
Mandatory Early Redemption Date means the first Interest Payment Date following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event.

  • All such payments (if any) will be made on the date designated as the Mandatory Early Redemption Date in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

  • Mandatory Early Redemption Date means the date no later than 5 Business Days following the occurrence of a Mandatory Early Redemption Event, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Business Day Convention.


More Definitions of Mandatory Early Redemption Date

Mandatory Early Redemption Date means, in respect of an Observation Date, the fifth Business Day after the Latest Observation Date corresponding to such Observation Date;

In that case: that eighth following Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be the Initial Valuation Date or Valuation Date, as the case may be, for the relevant Shares notwithstanding it is a Disrupted Day; and the Calculation Agent shall determine its good faith estimate of the value for that Share that would have prevailed but for that Disrupted Day as of the Valuation Time on that eighth following Scheduled Trading Day.5. Potential Adjustment Events, Merger Event, Tender Offer, Nationalisation,Insolvency and Delisting
Mandatory Early Redemption Date means, in relation to each relevant Observation Date stated in the table above, the third Business Day following such Observation Date and scheduled to be the Scheduled Mandatory Early Redemption Date specified adjacent such Observation Date in the table above.
Mandatory Early Redemption Date means such date as is selected by the Calculation Agent and Substitution Agent and specified in the Notice;
