Observation Datet definition

Observation Datet means, in respect of the value "t", the Observation Date corresponding to "t" such that where "t=1", the Observation Datet shall be the first Observation Date following the Strike Date, provided that where "t=0", the Observation Datet shall be the Strike Date.
Observation Datet and "Observation Datet(0)" have the respective meanings given to them in paragraph 9 (Other Definitions) below;
Observation Datet has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9 (Other Definitions) of the Annex to Contractual Terms (Special Terms and Conditions); "Scheduled Observation Valuation Date" means, in respect of a Certificate, each Observation Datet, subject to early termination of the Certificates; "Scheduled Expiration Valuation Date" means the Expiration Date, provided that if such date is not a day which is both a Business Day and a Common Reference Fund Business Day, the next day that is both a Business Day and a Common Reference Fund Business Day, as determined by the Determination Agent; and "Scheduled Holder Exercise Valuation Date" means, in respect of a Certificate, the fifth Business Day immediately following the date on which an Exercise Notice relating to that Certificate is delivered in accordance with the provisions of Condition 6.1 (Exercise Notice), provided that if such date is not a Common Reference Fund Business Day, the next day that is both a Business Day and a Common Reference Fund Business Day, as determined by the Determination Agent.

Observation Datet has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9 (Definitions) of the Annex to Contractual Terms (Special Terms and Conditions);
Observation Datet means, in respect of an Index, subject as provided in paragraph 2 of this Schedule, 2 May and 2 November in each year from and including 2 May 2006 (Observation Date0 being 2 May 2006 and Observation Date1 being 2 November 2006) to and including 2 May2011 (the “Final Observation Date” or “Observation Date10”) (11 Observation Dates in total) or, if any such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day for an Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day for that Index;
Observation Datet means the relevant Observation Datet as set out in the table below, provided, however, that if such a day is not a Scheduled Trading Day then the Observation Datet shall be the first succeeding day which is a Scheduled Trading Day and subject as provided in section 3 of the Annex (Disrupted Days) to the Securities Note.
