Manufacturing Apparatus definition

Manufacturing Apparatus means any instrumentality or aggregate of instrumentalities primarily designated for use in the making of any of the items set forth in clauses (a) through (c) of Section 1.1.28 and/or parts thereof.
Manufacturing Apparatus means an instrumentality or aggregate of instrumentalities primarily designed for use in the design, fabrication or testing of Semiconductor Products.
Manufacturing Apparatus means as to each party hereto, any instrumentality or aggregate of instrumentalities primarily designed for use in the fabrication of that party's LICENSED PRODUCTS (as hereinafter defined).
