The contractor (hereinafter includes consultants) will comply with the Acts and the Regulations relative to Non-discrimination in Federally- assisted programs of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), as they may be amended from time to time, which are herein incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract.

If the depre- ciated reproduction cost less construc- tion subsidy, if any, of any special equipment of material utility in the handling of cargo or utilization of a vessel, not otherwise taken into ac- count in determining the stated valu- ation of such vessel, is in excess of $50,000, an amount estimated by the Maritime Administration as the fair and reasonable value of such equip- ment shall be added to the stated valu- ation of such vessel.
